Job Summary
Security Analyst to support BCM One’s security operations by monitoring and responding to security events, investigating incidents, and helping protect systems and data. Responsibilities include monitoring alerts from SIEM/endpoint/identity/cloud tools, investigating suspicious activity, assisting with vulnerability and patch management, contributing to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance through evidence collection and control testing, collaborating with IT/Engineering to enforce secure configurations and access controls, documenting procedures and playbooks, and supporting security awareness initiatives and internal training. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in information security or related roles, with hands-on SIEM experience, knowledge of SOC/ISO/NIST frameworks, and relevant certifications; hybrid work arrangement based in Blue Bell, PA with in-office presence 1–2 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in information security, security operations, or IT roles with security responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with SIEM or SOC workflows
- Industry certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM
