Job Summary
Security Alarm Service Technician responsible for servicing security systems (including ATM facilities, industrial gates, and fire alarms) in financial, commercial, and residential environments. Analyze malfunctions, replace or repair defective components, test equipment to ensure defects are corrected, comply with laws and company policies, complete paperwork timely, and contribute to a safe, productive workplace. Requires troubleshooting skills, ability to use hand tools, and strong customer service. On-site duties in Joplin, MO with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call flexibility. This role involves walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working both indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years work experience
