Job Summary
Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, parking facilities, back-of-house areas, and hotel grounds. Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems while responding promptly to guest concerns, emergencies, accidents, and security incidents. Investigate incidents, prepare accurate reports, enforce hotel policies, and assist guests, employees, and visitors with safety requests. Identify hazards, maintain key control, coordinate with management and emergency responders, and support evacuation procedures. Maintain confidentiality regarding hotel operations and investigations. Requires a valid California Guard Card, driver's license, and ability to work days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card required or ability to obtain upon hire
- Valid Driver License with an acceptable driving record
- Flexibility to workdays, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior security or customer service experience preferred
