Security Agent Overnight

Hotel Security Agent Overnight responsible for protecting guests, employees and property, maintaining a visible presence to ensure guest sense of safety, and delivering excellent customer service. Duties include greeting guests and staff in a friendly, service-oriented manner; maintaining attendance in line with Avion Hospitality standards; upholding uniform and grooming standards; complying with safety regulations; coordinating via two-way radio and Front Desk; monitoring lobby area and CCTV; maintaining daily activity logs and incident reports; assisting guests to rooms; investigating thefts and incidents with leadership; providing escorts; responding to emergencies; and being knowledgeable about hotel security systems. Requirements include High School diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid/Heimlich Maneuver certification, a State-approved Safety and Security Training certificate, and a Class B security license; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
