Job Summary
Security Agent role at a casino: patrol gaming areas, establish security presence, observe and report unusual incidents, provide excellent customer service to guests, monitor activities, stay aware of current events to assist patrons, and adhere to Department of Business and Professional Regulation standards and internal policies. Requires obtaining the appropriate state occupational gaming license (lifetime FBI background check) and passing drug tests; flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; High School Diploma preferred and Class D license preferable. Physical stamina for long shifts and strong communication skills are needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Class ‘D’ License preferable
- Must obtain state gaming license with FBI background check
- Must pass drug testing and background checks
- Must be willing to work nights/weekends/holidays
- Must stand for long durations
- Must communicate effectively (verbal/written)
- Must be able to patrol and monitor security areas
- Security experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous security experience preferred
- High School Diploma preferred
- Class ‘D’ License preferable
- Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check
- Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks
- Must be willing to stand for long durations of time
- Must be willing to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays
