Job Summary
As a Security Advisor at Desjardins, diagnose issues, risks and challenges for the security function, analyze data and studies, design, update and monitor compliance action plans, and coordinate with internal practitioners and external partners. Lead initiatives across personal information and data protection, information security, physical security, and financial crime/fraud prevention; propose solutions to improve standards, policies, and programs; train practitioners; and engage stakeholders to align security efforts with organizational objectives. Requires collaboration, analytical ability, and strong interpersonal skills to manage projects and governance with a focus on risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English
