Job Summary
Security Administration Analyst responsible for supporting second level ISM complex access and provisioning requests within SLAs. Administers user systems and data entitlements across multiple platforms and applications, ensuring access requests are processed with high quality and accuracy. Coordinates with security coordinators and data owners to verify access, provides coverage for ISM hotline, resolves access-related incidents, and participates in ad hoc knowledge base updates and training of new team members. Emphasizes collaboration with peers, Global Division, and client base; leverages tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, and RBAC; applies Least Privilege concepts and ITIL principles. Requires analytical thinking, teamwork, and strong English communication; ITIL training or Information Security specialization is a plus.
