Job Summary
Manages security services for assigned accounts, leads 12 officers and 4 supervisors, coordinates staffing, scheduling, training, and performance; serves as key client contact to ensure delivery of high-quality customer service; evaluates service quality and initiates corrective action; supports client start-up, contract negotiations, and security planning; oversees recruitment, orientation, training, development and retention of staff; plans, assigns, directs work, and coaches employees to ensure professionalism and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of security leadership/management experience
- Above average computer/technology skills
- Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail
- All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background + MVR investigation
