Job Summary
Supervise day-to-day security operations at client sites by managing a team of officers, supervisors, and shift leaders through hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, and performance coaching. Ensure high-quality security services are delivered while meeting financial and operational goals through effective client and employee relationship management. Handle escalated security issues, coordinate support services, and maintain strict contract compliance and reporting standards using WinTeam for scheduling and billing. Develop staff technical and professional skills via on-the-job training, annual evaluations, and recognition programs, while resolving grievances and ensuring accurate personnel records. Enforce company policies and maintain operational procedures, equipment inventories, and vehicle checklists to support site security and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field
- Previous Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience
- At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining quality staff
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis

Desired Qualifications
- Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude
