Job Summary
Vice President Structurer in JP Morgan's Securitized Products Group leads the structuring and execution of ABS transactions across commercial and nontraditional asset classes; develops cashflow, collateral, and credit models using Excel, Intex, and VBA; coordinates with internal and external teams to facilitate transaction execution; analyzes bond math, scenario analysis, and stress testing; supports capital markets with marketing materials, rating agency analyses, and investor presentations; reviews legal documentation to ensure alignment with deal structure and regulatory requirements; identifies new structuring strategies and growth opportunities in collaboration with coverage groups; requires 7+ years of ABS structuring or related securitized products experience; emphasizes strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills; Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
