Job Summary
Act as the primary contact and escalation point for Triparty clients, maintaining an in-depth understanding of their operating models and navigating market, vendor, and regulatory impacts. Identify trends and opportunities to assist clients in developing new business while conducting regular reviews to capture service levels, wallet share, and platform requirements. Oversee performance against agreed expectations, facilitate client presentations for new products, and lead surveys to aggregate feedback on solutions. Partner with Sales to retain relationships and drive additional sales opportunities, while acting as a trusted advisor on all collateral services matters.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a client facing role in Financial Services industry
- Strong executive presence, strategic thinking and influencing skills (both within J.P. Morgan and with the Client), including the ability to negotiate
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage a senior-level audience
- Ability to summarise, simplify and communicate detailed and complex information to a broad range of team members or clients across the seniority spectrum
- Demonstrates both partnership and assertiveness, can delegate and strategically think
- Prior experience interacting with multiple functional areas (e.g. Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk and Sales)
- Can operate independently, strong ownership skills and a positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrates excellence in client service or relationship management skill set with proven experience in delivering on commitment to clients
- Background in collateral management, securities lending/repo market or Securities Servicing Industry
- Knowledge of the Securities Financing market and operations of sell and buy side institutions
- Clear communicator; able to easily adapt communication style in different situations
- Strong analytical skills – data manipulation and visualization
