Job Summary
Vice President, Securities Services - Reference Data Product Development. Lead the development of business requirements, functional designs, and solutions aligned with Securities Services strategy. Oversee technology implementations, manage implementation schedules, and engage with senior stakeholders to communicate business needs, risks, and strategic objectives. Document user stories and acceptance criteria, manage the product backlog, and drive adoption of reference data solutions. Coordinate with technology, operations, and product teams; focus on improving data quality and coverage, data lineage, and data modeling. Requires strong product/program management, cross-functional collaboration across global regions/time zones, and excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in financial services product development or reference data-focused roles, with emphasis on business analysis and change management
- Proven product and program management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects
- Experience with data lineage concepts and data modeling
- Expertise in stakeholder management, able to engage diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and work across global regions and time zones
