Lead development of business requirements, functional designs, and solutions for Reference Data within Securities Services; oversee technology implementations; engage with senior stakeholders; document user stories and acceptance criteria; manage product backlog; collaborate across technology, operations, and product; drive adoption of Reference Data solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in financial services product development or reference data-focused roles, with emphasis on business analysis and change management
- Proven product and program management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects
- Experience with data lineage concepts and data modeling
- Expertise in stakeholder management, able to engage diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and work across global regions and time zones
- Experience in account, settlement, instrument and standing instruction reference data domains, particularly within Securities Services
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
