Job Summary
Associate in Securities Services Product Development to gather business requirements, drive delivery from discovery through UAT and production across IMOS, Custody, Fund Services, and Agency Lending; develop subject matter expertise in multi-asset class transaction and reconciliation lifecycles; produce clear requirements and acceptance criteria for technology and operations partners; run working groups and review test evidence; interface with clients, product, operations, and technology to define roadmaps and priorities; propose strategic, scalable solutions and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement; support client onboarding, enhanced product offerings, and broader programme delivery; drive automation impact and STP rate improvements; foster an innovation culture and expand subject matter expertise across multiple asset classes and lines of business; demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering client-focused product or process change in financial services, technology, or operations
- Strong programme management and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of SDLC, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Visio, and JIRA
- Familiarity with AI toolsets such as LLMs
