Job Summary
Lead a VP-level team to govern and optimize the Securities Services portfolio, establishing standards for program owners, driving key risks to leadership, and delivering data-driven insights to senior stakeholders. Drive portfolio governance and strategic change spend in alignment with business priorities, oversee a portfolio of complex programs, and promote consistency and disciplined controls across lines of business. Build collateral and synthesize insights to inform decision-making, while developing and maintaining strong relationships to evolve approaches, technologies, and channels relevant to investment governance across the CIB and broader franchise. Proficient in agile delivery, release management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience delivering products, programs, or technology applications with proven portfolio or program leadership at scale
- Extensive experience leading operational management, change readiness, and enterprise-wide release and deployment processes
- Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, technical design fundamentals, and data analytics to drive insight-led decisions
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to differing audiences, including senior stakeholders, and influence outcomes across groups and regions
- Demonstrated ability to operate in an agile environment and deliver amidst continuous change with strong control orientation aligned to policy and regulatory standards
- Inclusive leadership with a track record of developing talent and collaborating across cross-functional teams and regions
