Job Summary
Design, deliver, and manage innovative on-balance sheet liquidity solutions for a global client base of asset managers and owners. Support key product initiatives across deposits, liquidity, and interest solutions while managing day-to-day performance, including onboarding, pricing reviews, client engagement, and feature enhancements. Partner with Technology and Operations to support platform build-outs and migrations, and develop subject matter expertise in regulatory topics like Basel III and deposit insurance. Leverage data to track performance trends and contribute to reporting for senior management, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps and firmwide goals. Reporting to the Global Head of On-Balance Sheet Product, this role oversees a $225BN+ deposit book and 425,000+ demand deposit accounts across 70+ currencies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, financial services, or liquidity and deposit products, ideally within Securities Services, Treasury, or Payments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex, multi-dimensional initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks impacting deposits and liquidity (e.g., Basel III, LCR/NSFR, deposit insurance regimes).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute to team-based deliverables.
Desired Qualifications
- Securities Services-related experience and/or deposit experience.
- Understanding of liquidity products such as notional pooling, group pricing, and multi-currency deposit structures.
- Exposure to platform or infrastructure transformation projects, especially in highly regulated environments.
