Job Summary
Securities Services Leadership Programme in Hong Kong is a two-and-a-half-year full-time internal rotational programme. Participants rotate across three ten-month rotations through Trading Services, Global Custody and Fund Services to develop end-to-end knowledge of Securities Services, with exposure to Front Office roles and engagement with global teams. The programme includes structured learning, a two-week bootcamp, hands-on project management and analytics work, and ongoing training. Location: Hong Kong (Kwun Tong, Kowloon).
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional writing, verbal communication and client-facing skills.
- Aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions.
- Clear, concise communication; strong time-management with ability to prioritise and escalate appropriately.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Current internal employees in APAC at Analyst or Associate level.
