Job Summary
Associate in Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) supporting end-to-end client onboarding, contributing to product strategy and vision, assisting with discovery and market research to uncover customer solutions, maintaining a product backlog to enable development along the roadmap, and tracking key metrics (cost, features, functionality, risk posture, reliability) to deliver customer value. Requires 3+ years in product management or related domain, knowledge of the product development lifecycle, data analytics, and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Experience with the securities lifecycle (funds, stocks, bonds, trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions) and ability to work in a highly matrixed organization preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Working knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Ability to support product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Intermediate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel (including pivot tables, search filters, VLOOKUP, and data analysis)
