Job Summary
Vice President, FX Product Management within Securities Services leads development of the foreign exchange product suite across custody and fund services. Responsible for translating client and business needs into strategy, roadmaps, and deliverables, governing product decisions, coordinating across product teams and functional partners, and communicating progress to senior stakeholders. Focus on enhancing FX offerings, client experience, operational efficiency, and controls; collaborate with Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Depositary Receipts and other businesses; manage governance, documentation, policies, and procedures; leverage analytics to prioritise work and inform decisions; ensure regulatory and market changes are reflected in product strategy. Requires senior-level product management experience, strong stakeholder influence, cross-region collaboration, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Word. UK regulatory context noted for fitness, propriety, and competence assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Demonstrated experience in product management, product development, or client management within financial services
- Working knowledge of custody and/or foreign exchange products, including currency overlay
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across a matrix organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including simplifying complex ideas and analytics
- Proven ability to lead delivery across multiple teams, time zones, and geographies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
