Job Summary
Associate, Fund Services Product Development Business Analyst in Securities Services responsible for bridging operations, technology, client service, and sales to deliver client accounting data needs, representing Product Development on strategic or client custom build-outs as the end recipient in data lineage flow charts, leading a portfolio of build-outs for key high-revenue clients, executing product development priorities, identifying and remediating control gaps in the software development lifecycle, and improving the user experience while supporting transformation of legacy processes and reporting to enhance client satisfaction and internal efficiencies across global platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Traditional Fund Services
- Knowledge of FIS Invest One accounting software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering governance and oversight in a software development environment
- Track record of transforming legacy processes and reporting for client satisfaction and internal efficiencies
