Product Developer in Fund Services to design scalable market-leading product offerings. Drive complex change programs in Fund Services, gather and define requirements, and establish governance structures to improve profitability, controls, and market positioning. Collaborate across technology and operations, support client pitches as the TFS expert, and leverage deep fund accounting and alternative investments knowledge to deliver innovative solutions for a scalable service platform.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of Fund Accounting
- Understanding of Fund Accounting and Alternative Investments
- Background in Fund Services product development or servicing roles
- Ability to map product solutions to complex technology/operational platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate issues into actions
- Program management experience (3+ years) with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong execution, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong written and presentation skills; ability to represent JPMorgan at industry forums
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Visio and Project
