Job Summary
Client Service Manager – Analyst or Associate in Depositary Receipts coordinates with Sales/Relationship Managers to support ADR issuer clients, advise on activity in depositary receipt programs, manage deliverables, assist with dividend processes, AGMs, proxy voting, and corporate actions, translate market events for clients, handle documentation/transactions for Employee Share Awards, ensure compliance/legal/internal requirements, and represent the business in external/internal settings; reports to a lead Client Service Manager in London and participates in global projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in asset servicing, including proxy voting, operations, corporate actions, transfer agency, or custody
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Strong due diligence and integrity
- Self-motivated and proactive with a desire to learn and succeed
- Ability to work within tight time-frames with minimal errors
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Professional, innovative attitude and team approach
- Experience supporting DR issuer clients or working in securities services
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proactive approach to learning and professional development
