Job Summary
Associate in Institutional Shareholder Services (Securities Services) role based in Frankfurt, focused on processing clients’ unit dealing activity in German and Swiss special funds within Custody Operations. Responsibilities include capturing and processing unit dealing activity, building internal partnerships, providing operational subject matter expertise, performing root cause analysis to resolve issues, proactively seeking process enhancements, supporting other Custody Operations teams, and performing project-related tasks as workload allows. Required capabilities include proven operations experience, knowledge of Trade Settlement, Cash or Asset Servicing, strong attention to detail, proactive and analytical mindset, excellent prioritisation and communication skills, and fluency in German. Entry requires a Bachelor degree or completed bank apprenticeship; additional consideration for advanced knowledge of JP Morgan’s systems is a plus.

- Industry/product knowledge in Trade Settlement, Cash or Asset Servicing
- Attention to detail
- Ambitious, hard-working, self-motivated, flexible, analytical and proactive
- Excellent prioritisation, planning, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident at interacting and communicating with internal and external parties
- Fluency in German is essential
- Bachelor degree or a completed bank apprenticeship
