Job Summary
Securities Services - Client Services Account Manager (CSAM) at Vice President level responsible for managing a portfolio of Custody and Fund Services clients, owning client satisfaction and service delivery across multiple product areas (including iMOS, Cash, FX, Fund Services, Trading Services). Lead in-person client meetings, oversee governance and periodic relationship reviews, coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Operations, Sales, and Technology, and monitor billing accuracy on a monthly and annual basis. Coordinate client training for proprietary J.P. Morgan technology and ensure effective solutions through collaboration with Product Management and cross-functional teams. Requires strong leadership, client-management, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in Japanese and English, and a track record of delivering results in Securities Services.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Financial Services, particularly in Securities Servicing
- Senior role related to Client Service, Implementation, Project Management, Product Development, or Operations
- Familiarity with products such as Custody, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Hedge Funds Servicing, Investment Analytics, Compliance, ETFs, IMOS, Private Equity and Real Estate Services, Securities Lending, Collateral Management, and Trading Services
- Japanese and English language skills are required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Focus on accountability, action, and outcome to ensure solutions meet client needs
- Ability to gain access to individuals within a wide range of functions in the organization
