Job Summary
Senior Product Solutions Associate in the Client Service and Solutions team responsible for Fund Manager onboarding across Custody & Fund Services. Drive onboarding steps, set up project plans, track market openings and product setups per client instructions, and coordinate with downstream teams. Ensure risk and quality control, validate entitlement setup and standing instructions, and maintain deal quality. Liaise with external Fund Managers, notify on onboarding progress, and respond to queries throughout the onboarding event. Requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years in Custody & Fund Services, strong MS Office skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams; emphasizes attention to detail and collaborative, client-facing work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience (within the Custody & Fund Services space)
- Enhanced MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written); extensive coordination with internal teams and Fund Managers
- Team player with ability to work in and create a cohesive work environment
- Ability to prioritize and work across multiple work streams
- Strong attention to detail
- Preferred SME knowledge of Global Custody (a plus)
- Previous experience in a client facing role would be a benefit
