Job Summary
Securities Services - Client Service Manager - Associate responsible for supporting a book of institutional clients, guiding junior team members, handling inquiries and escalations, governance and KPI monitoring, leveraging CRM tools to capture feedback and drive action to closure, preparing for client relationship reviews, ensuring accurate billing/payments, and coordinating global initiatives and ad-hoc projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in financial services with fund accounting/administration or global custody knowledge, and strong client-facing communication and collaborative skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three to five years of experience at a financial services organization focused on servicing institutional clients
- Knowledge of Fund Accounting or Fund Administration and/or Global Custody, or ability to quickly learn
- Team player with ability to collaborate and share ideas
- Client satisfaction driven with client-facing skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to drive items to closure
