Job Summary
Head of Nordics Client Services leads client service managers across the Nordic region (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland & Iceland) within Securities Services. Responsible for delivering world-class client service, maintaining high client satisfaction, and coordinating with Sales to execute regional growth strategies. Represents JP Morgan to clients and industry bodies, manages regional escalation and KPI/scorecard reporting, and drives servicing improvements across front-to-back-office processes while understanding client operating models and data solutions to support scalable client growth. Requires strong senior-level communication, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory awareness, and ability to manage c-suite relationships and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing client service teams and senior client relationships (c-suite) in Securities Services or equivalent
- Strong communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills; ability to influence across a large virtual team
- Proven people management skills and ability to deliver regional strategy
- Ability to curate relationships with clients, understand their operating models, and drive service excellence
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of regulatory environments and risk management
- Ability to drive process improvements and identify sub-optimal processes
- Knowledge of financial products and fee billing processes within securities services
- Inclusion and diversity awareness; ability to operate in a diverse workforce
- Nordic language proficiency (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and advanced English
- Experience presenting to senior audiences on strategy and results
- Operational focus in securities services or related financial services
