Job Summary
Lead client relationship management for JP Morgan's Buyside Trading Services in Australia and New Zealand; develop and execute an annual client strategy with a focus on retention and revenue optimization, collaborate with Sales, Client Service, and global trading/product teams, articulate the Trading Services product roadmap, monitor market and regulatory developments (e.g., Uncleared Margin Rules), and act as an escalation point for client delivery issues while presenting opportunities to clients using trading desk and product commentary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Basic understanding or experience with securities markets
- At least 8 years of experience/knowledge in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
- Experienced in Securities Financing or Margin Services industry (preferred)
- Confident presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong ownership, positive attitude and self-motivation, proven to be accountable
