Job Summary
Buyside Trading Services Relationship Manager (VP) in Japan responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth for the Trading Services Buyside client franchise. Develop and execute an annual client strategy and calling plan, coordinate with Sales, Client Service, global trading and product teams, articulate the product/technology roadmap, monitor market and regulatory developments (e.g., Uncleared Margin Rules), and serve as an escalation point for client delivery issues. Engage with global trading desks and Margin Services Product Management to identify and pursue revenue opportunities, and travel as needed to service clients. Requires a bachelor degree, 8+ years in financial services, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word, and fluency in Japanese.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher
- At least 8 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Japanese language is required
- Strong communication skills and to be a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
- Experience in Securities Financing or Margin Services industry (preferred)
