Job Summary
Relationship Manager for the Buyside Trading Services in Japan, responsible for client retention and organic revenue growth for the Trading Services Buyside client franchise; collaborate with Sales, Client Service, and global product teams to optimize revenue, articulate product/technology roadmaps, develop annual client strategies and calling plans, monitor market and regulatory developments (e.g., Uncleared Margin Rules), serve as escalation point for client delivery issues, and coordinate with global teams on revenue opportunities; occasional travel may be required; requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 8+ years in financial services, strong data analysis and communication skills, and fluent Japanese.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher
- A basic understanding or experience with securities markets
- At least 8 years of experience/knowledge in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and to be a team player
- Japanese language is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
