Job Summary
Securities Services Operations Business Management VP role focused on organizing complex information, delivering projects and key work streams, developing stakeholder communication strategies, and creating ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management. Responsibilities include coordinating town halls and strategy sessions, designing reports to increase efficiency, and collaborating with senior Managing Directors and Leadership Teams while maintaining strategic objectives and key results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Securities Services
- Build positive internal relationships across different lines of business
- Self-motivated and independent work style
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with logical thought process
- Preferred qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Software skills in SharePoint, Teams, Tableau, and Alteryx Suite
