Job Summary
Senior-level Securities Services Business Manager focused on supporting Funds Services Technology and Product teams. Responsible for vendor databases/contracts, governance meetings, forecasting and reporting, annual planning and scorecards, ad-hoc analyses, cross-team collaboration, and ensuring data integrity across systems. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel/Access skills, independent work style, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple processes and timelines. Location: Jersey City, NJ (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Access
- Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analytics
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
