Job Summary
As an Associate in Securities Services Asset Servicing and Tax Product Development, you will partner with product leads to design and deliver strategic Tax regulatory initiatives in the global Custody space, collaborating with Technology and Operations to automate workflows, manage user testing and rollout of functionality, and maintain governance across workstreams. You will lead cross-functional coordination to translate user needs and business requirements into product solutions, participate in forums, articulate ideas to senior management, and drive enhancements from development through release. This role focuses on global markets, regulatory mandates, and delivering high-quality client service within a matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to analyze and incorporate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into product development
- Experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality
- Ability to define a product MVP and improve through feedback and iteration
- Experience in Product Management, Product Development, Securities Services Operations, Treasury, or Custody
- Proven ability to progress initiatives in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Strong communication and influence management skills
- Experience implementing governance regimes, with a track record in orchestration and administration of supervisory frameworks
