Job Summary
Asia Pacific Pitchbooks Writer in the Sales Enablement Group creates and produces best-in-class pitchbooks for Securities Services, translating sales strategies and client requirements into engaging, compliant materials. You’ll collaborate with global and regional teams to support client pitches, manage multiple pitchbook projects with tight deadlines, ensure accuracy and compliance, refine processes, and drive improvements in pitchbook quality. You will build relationships with senior partners across Sales, Service, and Product, leveraging automation tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of sales collateral and knowledge bases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum five years’ experience creating client pitches and sales presentations
- Strong knowledge of financial services and securities services industry
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and build effective working relationships
- Confidence and assertiveness in dealing with all levels of management
- Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Experience using centralized content management systems
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Outstanding written English and business writing skills
- Experience working in a global team environment
- Knowledge of regional and cultural nuances in Asia Pacific
- Experience in process reengineering and quality control
- Knowledge and experience with Qvidian and SalesForce is an advantage
