Job Summary
Associate in JP Morgan's CIB Event Marketing team based in Hong Kong. You will support Securities Services and Prime Financial Services Event Marketing, partnering with lines of business, marketing, and other functions to develop and execute client events. You may lead end-to-end event planning from briefs and venue research to design, onsite support, production, budget management, and post-event analysis, while managing vendors and ensuring compliant documentation. The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical and project management capabilities, ability to engage senior management and stakeholders, and excellent English communication; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Periodic after-hours work and regional travel within the area may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Events, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hotel Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management/execution
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Client-focused, highly organized, and process-oriented
- Effective communication with all levels of the organization
- Autonomous work style and team collaboration
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
