Job Summary
As a Securities Services AI and Analytics Lead Product Manager, Executive Director, you will define and deliver the data and AI/ML strategy for Securities Services, collaborating with business, operations, and technology to establish a target state data operating model, govern data, manage risks, and drive delivery of analytics-enabled outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders to identify critical data and AI/ML needs, design products by integrating data into analytics platforms, oversee governance and lifecycle processes, and mentor cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience developing and delivering enterprise-scale data and AI/ML strategy
- Financial services industry domain expertise at large global organizations (sell side or buy side)
- Experience in highly matrixed structures and hands-on experience with senior management/executive level updates and presentations
- Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of data management principles, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management, including data protection, quality, and classification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex data concepts into actionable business strategies
- Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
