Job Summary
Securities Regulatory Reporting Vice President responsible for SEC 15c3-1 compliance, including daily net capital review, haircuts/non-allowable deductions, capital ratios, and escalation of breaches to management. Must review customer reserve computations (15c3-3), monitor segregation of customer vs firm assets, investigate breaks in 15c3-1 and 15c3-3, and compile/review FOCUS Part II and Part IIA plus supplemental reports (Supplemental Statement of Income, Off Balance Sheet, Supplemental liquidity schedule). Hybrid remote work is available; base salary range $115k-$180k with discretionary bonus and benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K). Position with Mizuho involves regulatory reporting across corporate functions and banking teams; strong knowledge of SEC rules, capital adequacy, risk management, internal controls, and related reporting is required.
