Securities Processing Operations Specialist

Retrieve, count, verify, file, and acknowledge physical certificate details in the Access Database. Assess discrepancies, problems, and gather information for escalation as needed. Execute routine transactions with general supervision, referring complex transactions to management. Support department adherence to AML/BSA policies and procedures set forth by various regulatory bodies. Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as needed. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field and an associate degree in a related field. Candidates must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and able to work onsite three days a week.
