Securities Operations Specialist - Money Movement Team

Job Summary
Review, validate, and execute money movement transactions including ACH, wires, check disbursements, journals, DTC, and ACAT delivery for brokerage clients. Identify opportunities for process improvements within Securities Operations and analyze basic or tactical functional operational tasks requiring research and evaluation. Resolve low to moderately complex escalated issues related to trade settlement workflows, client account onboarding, and cash payments while exercising independent judgment on risk deliverables. Collaborate with financial advisors and internal teams to maintain service quality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor daily securities and cash production work, track metrics, and contribute to the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of Asset Movement operations experience
- 2+ years of BETA and Advisor Gateway/Smart Station experience
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or automation technologies to streamline workflows, analyze data, or improve operational accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
- Ability to accurately process transactions and perform research to resolve escalated issues
- Ability to track and monitor metrics, identify process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel
