Securities Operations Associate

Job Summary
Conduct low complexity lifecycle support tasks and resolve escalated issues within Securities Operations, focusing on client account onboarding, cash payments, and securities settlement services. Collaborate with internal and external customers to address basic or tactical issues, review policies, and gather data for resolution. Monitor daily production work, analyze functional operational tasks, and contribute to process improvement projects and new procedure implementations. Execute in a fast-paced environment while adhering to risk and compliance obligations, ensuring accurate transaction requests and time-sensitive document reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ months of Brokerage or Annuity Operations experience
- 6+ months of Data Collection and Reporting experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Beta
- Ability to process complex transactions and perform extensive research to resolve complex customer issues
- Experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Candidate must be based out of posted location
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
