Job Summary
Resolve pending and failing aged returns, execute instructions to receive or deliver securities, and validate positions by reviewing contract compare records and DDA's. Interact with traders, client management, fund groups, and counterparts to address discrepancies, pricing problems, and loan quantity issues while ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence. Manage workflow queues, monitor daily workloads, and escalate issues promptly to maintain 100% accuracy and timelines for business-as-usual deliverables. Identify operational risks, recommend procedural improvements, and coach staff to foster a culture of ownership and continuous development within the securities lending and mark-to-market domains.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced operation manager for the SSGM India COO organization
- Proven record of managing processes and large teams
- In depth knowledge of domains like securities lending, mark to market, SBL, Corporate actions, Settlements of FI or Equity and Collateral management
- 8 to 10 years of experience in knowledge services environment serving Capital Market in Stock lending domain
- Handling a team of over 5 to 10 people
- MBA/BS/BA or equivalent
- 8+ years experience in management of multi location
- Strong management and employee relations skills
- Intermediate, demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office suit

- Shift Time Should be flexible to work ( 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM IST)
