Job Summary
Manager, Securities Lending - Collateral & Settlements responsible for leading high-volume international loans processing, collateral management, and settlements within SSGM India COO. You will ensure SLA/KPI delivery, resolve counterparty discrepancies, coordinate with traders and corporate actions staff, drive risk management, and pursue process-improvement initiatives to optimize operations, including end-to-end understanding of securities lending, mark-to-market, SBL, corporate actions, and collateral management, while mentoring a team and collaborating across global locations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in management of multi location
- MBA/BS/BA or equivalent
- Strong management and employee relations skills
- Technical Skills – IT and Systems
- Interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work across global teams
