Job Summary
Prepare and manage securities filings through SEDAR+, SEDI, TMX LINX, and TSX exchange systems, including continuous disclosure in English and French. File Reports of Exempt Distribution, assist with exemptive relief applications, and coordinate prospectus and capital markets transactions such as short and long form prospectuses and medium term note offerings. Liaise with securities commissions, stock exchanges, and regulatory authorities while calculating filing fees, obtaining CUSIP and ISIN numbers, and managing press release distributions. Collaborate with lawyers and legal professionals across multiple offices to maintain exceptional accuracy while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fully remote work opportunity with competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000.
Required Qualifications
- Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum two years of hands-on SEDAR+ filing experience
- Experience preparing, completing, and managing securities filings and related transactions
- Strong working knowledge of SEDAR+
- Strong working knowledge of SEDI
- Strong working knowledge of TMX LINX
- Experience with public company compliance and securities regulatory matters
- Flexibility to accommodate filing deadlines when required
Desired Qualifications
- National Registration Database (NRD) experience is considered an asset
