Job Summary
Prepare and manage securities filings through SEDAR+, SEDI, TMX LINX, and TSX exchange systems, including continuous disclosure in English and French. Coordinate payment of regulatory fees, obtain CUSIP and ISIN numbers, and assist with exemptive relief applications and regulatory submissions. Support prospectus and capital markets transactions, prepare marketing materials, and liaise with securities commissions and stock exchanges. Manage multiple deadlines with exceptional accuracy while collaborating with legal professionals across multiple offices. Fully remote position with competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000.

- Experience with TSX and TSX Venture Exchange filing systems
- Ability to prepare and handle continuous disclosure filings in English and French
- Experience preparing and handling Reports of Exempt Distribution (Form 45-106F1)
- Experience with exemptive relief applications and other regulatory submissions
- Experience with Short Form Prospectuses (NI 44-101)
- Experience with Shelf Prospectuses (NI 44-102), including WKSI filings
- Experience with Long Form Prospectuses (NI 41-101)
- Experience with Medium Term Note offerings, including pricing supplements and term sheets
- Experience preparing securities-related marketing materials
- Ability to calculate and coordinate payment of regulatory filing fees
- Ability to obtain CUSIP and ISIN numbers and manage related eligibility requests
- Experience liaising with securities commissions, stock exchanges, and other regulatory authorities
- Experience coordinating press release distributions through newswire services
