Securities Instructor (Part-Time)

Job Summary
As a part-time Securities Instructor, you will teach live, interactive courses on securities industry qualification exams and assist students over the phone and via email with their content-specific questions. This role requires 5+ years of experience in teaching or training within the Financial Security industry and knowledge of compliance rules in the securities field. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills, punctuality, and a passion for helping students succeed. Additionally, familiarity with technology platforms is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a teaching or training role
- 5+ years of experience in the Financial Security industry
- Passion for teaching, tutoring, or training
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Punctuality, trustworthiness, reliability, and flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal and English skills
- Team player
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of compliance rules governing the security industry
- Experience with Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 65 securities exams
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Familiar with current technology, including Microsoft Office and Internet browsers
