Vice President, Securities Financing Product Development leading end-to-end delivery of product initiatives; responsible for shaping our product strategy for securities financing, collaborating with business sponsors and external partners, driving modernization and automation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating developments to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience in securities lending, cash financing, or prime brokerage
- Extensive product knowledge and expertise in product development, financing solutions
- Strong understanding of the securities financing vendor landscape
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment, with special focus on U.S. regulations—including SEC and FINRA rules—that impact financing for U.S. broker-dealer entities and U.S. institutions
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders to determine business goals and develop products/processes that support those goals
- Strategic thinker with experience designing end-to-end solutions and re-engineering business and operational processes
- Strong analytical skills, including process mapping, flow-charting, and data analysis, to make recommendations and drive product objectives
