Job Summary
Execute securities finance recall transaction processing and manage timely recall execution for equity and fixed income instruments across 22 markets. Formulate procedures, techniques, and new solutions to enhance team productivity, including the adoption of AI-driven tools. Serve as the first point of escalation for staff, management, and clients, while identifying and resolving control gaps during the recall cycle to mitigate risks. Mentor junior staff and analyze data to implement appropriate procedures for discovered issues.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive relevant experience, preferably in securities transaction processing, with a focus on Securities Finance and/or Securities Lending
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of middle office trade lifecycle processes and procedures, with the ability to investigate and resolve issues related to agency lending activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
