Job Summary
Review, prioritize, and process member transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Support Sustainable Wealth Management advisory teams by managing post-meeting administrative activities, responding to inquiries, and facilitating timely transaction processing. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support business and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement. This Full-time, temporary role is based at the Vancity Surrey Office with a hybrid work arrangement requiring on-site presence for events and business demands. The position reports directly to the Team Manager, SWM Advisory Admin.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, wealth management, financial services, or securities operations environment
- Experience processing financial transactions while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles within financial services
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and financial services technology platforms
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
