Job Summary
Drive sales and marketing of secured loan products including Housing Finance, Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage Loans through direct field sales in Andhra Pradesh. Acquire and manage customers via open market, guiding them through the loan application and approval process. Target ticket sizes ranging from 30L to 1Cr while leveraging familiarity with local housing loan sourcing and market knowledge. Maintain a two-wheeler for open market mobility and ensure a CIBIL score of 650+ or higher. This role offers a fixed CTC of INR 3,40,000 plus industry-best incentives, with fast-track promotions based on performance. Candidates must have 6-12 months of housing loan experience and earn incentives in the last three months.
Required Qualifications
- Sales & Marketing of secured loan products such as Housing Finance, Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan, Lending Products -field / direct sales etc.
- Familiarity with Housing Loan sourcing
- Knowledge of the Particular market
- DSA or Open Market Experience
- Knowledge of Any LAP / HL /Mortgage / Lending product -field / direct sales
- Must have earned incentives in the last 03 months
- Responsible for acquiring and managing customers via open market
- Guide the customer through the loan application and approval process
- Willingness to work in open market sourcing for Housing Loans
- Ticket Size 30L to 1Cr
- Education – Undergraduate or Graduate
- Age: Below 32 years
- Experience – Minimum 6 Months -to 1-Year experience in Housing Loans
- Must have a Two Wheeler
- Must have a Good CIBIL Score 650+
- No employment gaps in their professional career
- Immediate joiners or Less than 30days notice is preferred
