Secured Lending Center of Excellence Leader – Repossession & Remarketing

Develop a comprehensive, multi-year strategy for the Auto Secured Center of Excellence that unifies collateral and default management across repossessions, remarketing, recoveries, and insurance. Establish SLAs and KPIs for asset lifecycle metrics, design pilots for digital outreach and AI-assisted pricing, and govern a high-performing vendor network through performance-based contracts. Lead cross-functional efforts to embed a collateral hierarchy framework, modernize workflows with automation, and build executive dashboards for trend visibility. Ensure regulatory compliance across force-placed insurance and title flows while recruiting and developing a diverse leadership bench. Prepare executive-ready materials for senior leadership reviews and the Board to communicate financial impact and strategic recommendations.
